Skil's SB12A-LI 12V Max Lithium-Ion Battery is designed to charge faster and keep a charge longer with little to no memory effect. This 12V Lithium-Ion battery weighs 50% less than a Ni-Cd battery and provides more consistent power through the cycle where Ni-Cd batteries lose power as the battery runs down. The SB12A-LI is designed to work with the Skil 12V Max tool line.
